Crystal grew up in the Anamosa area and is proud to still call it home. She and her husband, Edward, enjoy life on their mini farm, where they raise chickens and an occasional steer. Their daughter, Zoey, is currently a junior in high school and works at a veterinary clinic. The family also stays busy with their four Labrador retrievers — Bosco, Duck, Clyde, and Pip.
With more than 20 years of customer service experience, Crystal brings a caring and attentive approach to her work each day. She believes meaningful relationships are built on trust, open communication, and a genuine desire to serve others well. Her deep community roots allow her to truly understand the individuals and families she supports.
Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys tackling home improvement projects, gardening, and staying actively involved in Zoey’s school activities. Whether at work, at home, or in the community, she values connection, dedication, and showing up for the people who matter most.
