Heather is a native of Plant City who joined our team in 2019. She is a Relationship Manager positioned to enhance strong client relationships, improve operational efficiency and ensure our clients service expectations are exceeded. As a member of Chaffin Capital Advisors, Heather is also relied upon for her problem resolution skills and the overall daily management of our client’s experience. She brings over a decade of industry experience spanning client service and financial banking roles.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Together they enjoy traveling, fishing and anything else in the outdoors. Heather is also a member of Relevant Church.
