P.Y. Nicole Chang has spent the past 30 years working with entrepreneurs and corporations on their vision, strategy and execution in their journey from "Great to Legendary" as they propel in their evolution, be it brand development, market entry and growth via strategic alliances, corporate mergers & acquisitions, capital-raising, ownership transition or otherwise. Nicole’s experience is rich and her background includes investment banking at Morgan Stanley, management consulting at McKinsey and operational and strategic senior executive roles in multiple industries including banking, media/technology, luxury goods, and FMCG across the US, Europe and Asia.

While in the C-Suite and other Senior Management roles, Nicole was internationally recognized as a transformative leader to companies in an ever-changing market, and her expertise is particularly sought after as it relates to stakeholder optimization of complex issues and structures. Prior to joining Raymond James, she led her own corporate advisory practice; served as SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development for East West Bank; and spent over a decade working abroad in Greater China as Vice President, Global Business Development at DFS (a member of the LVMH luxury group) and the world’s largest and most progressive travel retailers; CEO of a media & technology company; and COO of leading Chinese wine importer. A French American-Chinese, she has also worked extensively in Europe where she was COO/CFO for a media conglomerate where she was instrumental in establishing partnerships with companies such as Sony Music, Bertelsmann, Clear Channel, and Gaumont.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Harvard University, magna cum laude, where she majored in economics and spent her senior year abroad studying film in India, Japan, and China. Nicole holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University, and has served on several non-profit boards including the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Board and the worldwide Stanford Business School Alumni Association where she was elected President. She is happily married to a Parisian epicurean and is a devoted mother to two college students. Her passions include high-performance personal development, public speaking and teaching, entrepreneurship, cultural enrichment and creating & experiencing memorable moments.
