For more than 25 years Doug has served the Investment and Financial Planning needs of Corporate Executives, Private Business Owners and Individuals experiencing liquidity events.

Doug’s clients often share two distinct challenges: Their dedication to performing work duties limits their time available for personal financial planning; and the strategies needed to solve their financial circumstances tend to be complex.

To address these challenges Doug delivers the resources of a Global Financial Services Firm with a boutique touch. This approach reminds Doug of his Corporate Executive clients who describe their own business models as “big firm resources with small firm attention”.

While Doug’s practice is rooted in comprehensive financial planning, his most common initial engagements include Maximizing Executive Benefits and addressing Concentrated Equity Positions.

Doug began his career in 1997 graduating from Morgan Stanley’s Flagship Training Program for Financial Advisors at World Trade Center II, New York. In 2001 he joined Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnette, a Chicago based investment firm. Doug joined Raymond James in 2011 after its acquisition of Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnette.

Doug, his wife Sarah and their two children Audrey and George enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors together.
