From a young age, Matt was fascinated with investments and the stock market, which drew him to a career in the industry. Loyal to and trusted by his clients, Matt has a passion for helping people pursue their individual goals and reach their milestones through financial planning. He works with each client to define their goals and customize a personalized plan designed to meet their needs, wants and lifestyle.

Based in Chicago, Matt has 19 years of experience as a financial advisor with Smith Barney, A.G. Edwards and Wells Fargo Advisors. He joined Raymond James in 2015.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from Northern Illinois University. He believes in continuing education and completed a course to attain the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) to better serve the team’s clients.

A native of River Forest, Illinois, Matt resides there with his wife, Carol, and their daughters Olivia and Lucy. In his free time, he enjoys sports, reading and spending time with his two young daughters.
