Courtney has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years and joined the finance team at Christopher Financial in 2009. She develops the annual operating budget, capital project budget and prepares monthly financial budget analysis reports. Provides detailed cost and expense analysis and tax rate analysis for all business units. Develops detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and develop forecasts. Assesses risk associated with capital expenditures, acquisitions and provides recommendations on short and long range ROI.
Courtney spent the majority of her early career in the publishing industry. She worked for TV Guide Magazine, Inc., where she drafted and developed budgets, managed revenue recognition, provided expense tracking analysis and generated weekly profit and loss statements for the main magazine as well as for several additional publications and on-line subsidiaries.
Courtney also has vast experience in the Legal and Human Resources fields, which she acquired during her time working for QVC Network, Inc. and Flashpoint International Corporation.
Courtney completed her Finance, Accounting and Legal education at Villanova University, Widener University School of Law, Denison University and The Philadelphia Institute. She also earned Project Management, Communications, and Management certifications from Franklin Covey, Learning International, Performance Management Training, Training Organizational Development and Career Track.
Courtney grew up and currently resides in Gladwyne and loves to spend time with her family.
