Crystal Rivera joined Raymond James in 2015 as the receptionist and worked her way up to Director of Client Experience. Her role as Director of Client Experience includes assisting clients with appointment scheduling, marketing and communications, special events, webinars, and office operations. She provides a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to the office, and is the first contact many potential clients have with our team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She’s lived in Orlando for 6 years and just recently welcomed her first child.
