Originally from Lancaster, Ohio, Thomas resides in Coldstream, Ohio. He is a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Germania Society, Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity, and actively volunteers mentoring students in underprivileged areas of Cincinnati. Away from the office, Thomas also enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids: Ellie, Henry and Margaret. He also enjoys winter sports, golf, soccer, live music and anything involving the outdoors.
