Jesse Balsimo,

With over 25 years of experience as a business founder and entrepreneur, Jesse has built and led multiple successful ventures across multiple countries and 36 states (USA). His career spans both international and domestic markets, giving him a broad and deep understanding of business growth, risk management, supply chain integration, and strategic planning.

Today, Jesse brings that wealth of experience to his role at Raymond James, where he is part of a dedicated team of professionals delivering customized wealth management strategies. He specializes in serving high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, or if you are just trying to figure out how to retire without eating canned beans every night. He is dedicated to helping them protect and grow their wealth through a comprehensive platform of planning, advice, solutions, and services. He offers honest advice, custom strategies, and big-picture planning rooted in real-world experience (and maybe a few scars).

Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Management Information Systems. His practical business acumen, combined with a passion for helping others, makes him a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients.

He lives in the small town of Athol, Idaho with his wife Andrea, his partner of 24 years. Together, they are raising three active children:

• Micco (14) – a competitive ski racer for Schweitzer and captain of the Timberlake Tigers football team.
• Gio (11) – a hockey player with the Coeur d’Alene Thunder and captain-quarterback for Timberlake Tigers.
• Ciena (5) – an aspiring gymnast and swimmer who’s preparing to join the Schweitzer ski team this season.

Deeply involved in the community, Jesse and Andrea volunteer much of their time coaching youth sports—drawing on their own backgrounds as former Division I hockey players. Jesse is also active in charitable causes, having served over the decades on the boards of multiple charity initiatives. In his free time, Jesse enjoys being outdoors with his family—on the lake or in the mountains, no matter the season.
