Tyler is a financial advisor who manages the athlete/entertainer division of Cohen & Son Wealth Management. He provides financial and retirement planning services, portfolio management, and investment managing consulting to professional athletes and entertainers, as well as other individuals, families and businesses.

He is deeply committed to helping his clients realize their long-term financial goals and believes the cornerstone of a successful client-advisor relationship is the mutual trust and respect that develops over time. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and 2-15 insurance licenses and earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning.

After retiring from Major League Baseball, Tyler was motivated to help former teammates – and athletes in all professional sports – become better educated about financial matters and better prepared for retirement. By serving as their financial coach, he strives to build a foundation of sound financial habits that will enable them to experience success beyond the athletic arena or entertainment spotlight.

Prior to beginning his career in financial services, Tyler played shortstop and second base for the St. Louis Cardinals, Houston Astros and Chicago White Sox, and was a member of the 2011 World Series Champion St. Louis Cardinals.

He is in the Georgia Tech Sports Hall of Fame and was a member of the USA National Baseball Team that won a silver medal at the 2003 Pan American Olympic Games. He is a member of the MLB Players Alumni Association, USA National Baseball Alumni and the Executive Advisory Group for Student ACE.

He is active in the community as a volunteer for organizations such as Student ACE, which provides leadership programs, mentoring, scholarships and internship opportunities for high school students. Tyler has also established the Tyler Greene Foundation, with the mission of creating a better future for the next generation and raising awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research.
