Client Services Manager
Elizabeth is skilled at streamlining systems and navigating complex situations. A tenacious problem solver, she builds strong collaborative relationships with clients in her role as client services manager. She processes client requests, resolves client inquiries and ensures all information is kept up to date, and generally helps the team assist clients in pursuing their goals for financial well-being.
Elizabeth has seven years of experience in the financial services industry, supporting clients’ needs and delivering quality service. Before joining Raymond James with Columbia Associates Financial Group in 2019, she served as a client services manager for the practice when it was affiliated with LPL Financial. Her background also includes operations and client services roles at Middleton & Company and Limoges Investment Management.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College, in Bronxville, New York, and is an advocate for Friends of Trees in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. She is from Berkeley, California, and currently lives in Vancouver with her husband, Matthew. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring the wonderful Pacific Northwest, and spending time with her family and rambunctious dachshunds.
