Ellen Finkelstein delivers quality administrative and operational service to our clients. Always helpful and highly knowledgeable, her ongoing priority is to build strong and trusting relationships with our clients and to ensure they enjoy a dedicated and focused client experience.

Ellen also supports the business operations of our team and provides assistance to the financial advisors with account review. Her duties include daily account trading, account rebalancing, monitoring daily cash flow and assisting clients with account related questions. She holds the Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 securities licenses.

Before joining Raymond James in 2018, Ellen was a Complex Operations Specialist with Wells Fargo Advisors. She began her career in New York City with investment banking boutique, Needham & Company, Inc. where she gained experience in OTC trading, institutional equity sales and corporate equity syndicate. Ellen was then recruited by startup firm: Punk, Ziegel & Knoell (now Ladenburg Thalmann) as their equity syndicate manager. Ellen moved to Atlanta joining Equitable Securities Corporation (now SunTrust Robinson Humphrey) as an institutional equity research sales broker covering the Midwest United States. She was recruited by IJL Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Advisors) to cover the Midwest territory as well.

Originally from Macon, Ellen lives here with her husband, Joe. She has two grown children, Will and Jack. Ellen is an active member of Sh’arey Israel Synagogue, is Past President of the Historic Vineville Neighborhood Association and a member of Historic Macon Foundation.
