Teresa is passionate about the work she does each day and always takes a personal approach when assisting her clients with the creation and implementation of their tailored financial plans. She applies her compassionate nature and high moral compass as she assists her clients, allowing them to freely share their joys as well as their struggles. As a result, Teresa’s clients become an extension of her family, and she cares deeply not only about their financial goals but also their emotional well-being. She tries to help in any way she can, including using outside professional resources when the need arises.
Teresa began her financial services career with Bank South Securities in 1994. She was recruited to A.G. Edwards in 2007 and took on the role of Vice President of Investments. Teresa transitioned to Wells Fargo when A.G. Edwards was acquired by the firm and served there for 11 years. She was recruited by and joined Raymond James in April 2018, now serving as a Senior Vice President of Investments. Teresa earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
Originally from the small, rural town of Pomona Park, Florida, Teresa makes her home in Macon. Teresa’s son, Brannon, and his wife, Carmen, currently live in Forsyth, GA where Brannon works in management with Norfolk Southern Corporation and Carmen serves as a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines. They have blessed us with our 1st granddaughter: Miss Mila Ann Combs. Teresa also has a stepdaughter, Alex, who resides in Macon with her husband, Casey. Alex serves as a Volunteer Coordinator for Regency Southerncare Hospice and Casey is a Nurse Practitioner with Axis Spine and Pain.
An active member of Rocks Springs Church, Teresa spends her free time playing with her granddaughter, Mila Ann, as well working out with a variety of exercise programs. She has a passion for all kinds of dancing, with tango being one of her favorites.
