Professional Experience
Brookelyn is committed to providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. She enjoys working closely with clients and team members to ensure processes run smoothly and that clients receive timely, accurate support.
As a Registered Client Service Associate, Brookelyn's primary mission is to handle client service matters not related to investment decisions. If clients have questions regarding account openings, money movements, account transfers, account maintenance, or other service-related needs, she is committed to providing knowledgeable support and helping make the process as seamless as possible.
Prior to joining Raymond James in April 2025, Brookelyn served as Director of a nonprofit organization focused on rehabilitating low-income housing. In that role, she developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while helping improve the quality of life for families within the community.
Brookelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media from Gulf Coast State College and has earned her Series 7, General Securities Registered Representative license. She is currently pursuing her Series 66 and insurance licenses to further expand her knowledge within the financial services industry.
Giving Back to the Community
Brookelyn believes in investing her time and talents to help others succeed. She remains involved with the nonprofit organization where she previously worked, supporting efforts to improve housing opportunities within the community.
She also has a long history of tutoring students in mathematics and science. Brookelyn enjoys helping others view challenges from a different perspective and finds fulfillment in making complex concepts easier to understand. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening the community she calls home.
More About Brookelyn
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Brookelyn moved to the Panama City area in 2005 and now resides in Panama City Beach. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and competitive game nights with friends.
Brookelyn shares her home with her Labrador Retriever, Rust, who is often by her side during her adventures. Her curiosity, analytical mindset, and passion for helping others make her a valued member of both the Raymond James team and the local community.
