Heather Fletcher is originally from New England where she was born and raised until she headed south to Virginia for college at Liberty University. She earned her teaching degree and went on to be an elementary school teacher for over a decade. She later worked at her church as an administrative assistant, until she joined the Compass team in 2018.

Heather has lived in Williamsburg for 15 years with her husband and daughter. They are involved in their church and enjoy living in the Williamsburg community. In her free time, she likes reading, walks in Colonial Williamsburg, coffee shops, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
