Stephanie Barber is originally from New England where she was born and raised. She and her family moved first to Maryland for two years, then to Williamsburg where they have resided for 21 years. Before coming to Compass, Stephanie clerked in the juvenile court in Williamsburg.

Stephanie has served in different volunteer roles in church. She has three adult children and one grandson with whom she loves spending time. Her other activities include anything outdoors: biking, walking, kayaking. She also enjoys music, reading, traveling, and fellowshipping with friends.
