Jeni Mobley plays a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and provides quality support to our team and clients. Quick to make friends and glad to go the extra mile, Jeni manages a wide array of duties, including providing proactive client service, document service and processing, and assisting with our team’s marketing efforts.

Personable and detail-oriented, Jeni strives to ensure clients receive timely and thorough responses to their requests and is committed to providing a quality client experience while supporting Jack and Robert in their roles 

Prior to joining Confluence Wealth Management, Jeni spent 10-plus years as a senior branch office administrator with Robert at Edward Jones. During that time, the team was recognized with several service awards. Jeni was also invited to attend Edward Jones’ branch office administrative managing partner’s conference to recognize branch teams associates. Jeni holds a degree in marketing and communications from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Jeni and her husband, Mark, are high school sweethearts and live in Alton, Illinois, with their children, Rowan and Melina. When not at work, Jeni enjoys spending time with her family and friends and vacationing at the beach.
