Daniel L. Kramer, MBA, CEPA® Managing Director

CONGRATULATIONS TO DAN KRAMER ON ACHIEVING MEMBERSHIP IN THE 2023 CHAIRMAN'S COUNCIL*.

Constantine Wealth Management of Raymond James was named to the 2024 edition of the Forbes list of Best in State Wealth Management Teams†.

Dan works with individuals who serve as stewards of their family wealth, who plan for their future and that of their children and grandchildren. He uniquely connects with his clients, understands their aspirations, and arrives at a comprehensive plan to ensure they can achieve their life goals. His clients value having an accomplished and caring advisor managing the essential financial matters in their lives.

Dan specializes in working with families and business owners with complex financial needs.

Dan is dedicated to helping his clients address all wealth management objectives, which include investment management, estate planning, charitable giving, risk management, and tax mitigation as well as helping business owners align their personal, financial, and business goals to prepare them for a successful exit.

His passion for helping people make smart decisions about money came about very personally. Unfortunately, he saw the adverse result of poor financial planning when his grandfather, who sold his business, outlived his investment portfolio and needed financial support. It left a lasting impression on Dan and motivated him to help others make smart financial decisions that allow them to be financially secure their entire lives.

Dan has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dan works with a team of professionals – attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, bankers, M&A professionals, and more – to holistically benefit his clients. He and his business partner, Gary Rosen, moved their team to Raymond James in 2018, drawn by the firm's client-first focus and conservative, long-term approach to financial planning.

Dan is a member of the 2022 Raymond James Chairman’s Council, a privilege reserved for a select few.*

Previously in his career, Dan was a managing director with Wells Fargo Advisors and a vice president with Thomas Weisel Partners and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor [CEPA].

Dan is a dedicated leader in his community. He founded the Achievers Group, which connects successful leaders in business, medicine, and the arts. Dan served as president of the Harvard Business School Club of Greater New York and co-chair of the financial, legal, and real estate division of the UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey. In addition, he served as president, vice president, and nominating committee chair of Temple Emanuel of the Pascack Valley and founded their Men’s Club. Dan was named to the Berrie Fellows Leadership Program based on his visionary leadership in the community.

Dan is originally from Margate, New Jersey, and now lives with his wife, Shari, in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Their family includes their son, Joshua, daughter-in-law Ariel, and daughter, Emily. Dan enjoys cycling, skiing, swimming, traveling, photography, and continuously learning in his free time.

† The 2024 Forbes ranking of America’s Top Wealth Management Teams Best-In-State, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2022 to 3/31/2023 and was released on 01/09/2024. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of approximately 10,100 team nominations, 4,100 advisor teams received the award based on thresholds. This ranking is not indicative of an advisor's future performance, is not an endorsement, and may not be representative of individual clients' experience. Neither Raymond James nor any of its Financial Advisors or RIA firms pay a fee in exchange for this award/rating. Raymond James is not affiliated with Forbes or Shook Research, LLC.
