Barbara Wickman

As Coquina’s director of business development, and after 25 years of experience, Barbara is resilient, focused and committed member of our team, consistently seeking ways to enhance value across the wealth management services that our clients receive.

Barbara believes what sets her apart is her ability to adapt to changing clients’ needs during significant life events. She is experienced both in relationship and rapport building and in confidently coordinating the execution of financial planning recommendations alongside advisors and other colleagues. An avid listener, Barbara strives to be a constant, warm and reliable presence on our team.

Coquina is a committed support system to our clients and to each other. Barbara is a key driver in the unwavering and enthusiastic support that we strive to deliver day to day.

Barbara joined Raymond James in 1997 and has an extensive background in finance that includes accounting and lending. She also holds her Series 6 license. Barbara’s professional experience is further underpinned by an Associate of Science degree in accounting from Jones College in Jacksonville, Florida.

Outside the office, Barbara enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren in High Springs, Florida. She’s also a dedicated Steelers fan, loves putting her health first, and likes to volunteer at fall festivals with her church and family.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Barbara moved to Port Charlotte in 1988 where she still resides today.
