Client Service AssociateJill brings a friendly and enthusiastic approach to her role in our practice. She plays a directly impactful role on the quality of our clients’ experience and in building out our wealth management processes.
Day-to-day she manages calendars and schedules, and prepares data for client reviews, responds to incoming emails and telephone calls, seeks answers to client questions and follows through with exceptional service. She is a key member of our client experience team.
Jill believes what sets her apart is her accuracy and quality organization skills. Her aptitude comes from her banking experience as a lead teller, equipping her with the experience to share ideas and information on firm roles, responsibilities and systems to better everyone’s – including our clients’ – everyday experiences.
Outside the office, Jill loves to read, watch the White Sox and go to the beach. She is also passionate about fundraising for food banks, animal shelters, Toys-for-Tots and Angel Tree. Originally from Crown Point, Indiana, she lives in Port Charlotte, Florida with her spouse, Kenny, and son, Evan.
