Richard “Rick” Trentman
Research Manager, Coquina Private Wealth Branch Professional, RJFSAs Coquina’s research manager, Rick assists our independent advisors with decision-making for their clients by providing and maintaining data from market research and investment analysis.
Rick is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His education is complemented by a very successful career as an executive chef in the private club industry. There, his role centered on revenue growth, efficiency enhancements, service improvement and overall quality for an ultimate member experience. Today, these skills have transferred to his financial profession.
Rick is instrumental in assisting our team with client investment accounts, staying abreast of industry trends and macroeconomic news as well as communicating and reviewing how our clients’ existing investments are affected by ongoing development. It’s Rick’s detail-oriented and organization skills that he believes set him apart.
Outside the office, as a previous member of The American Culinary Federation, Rick’s responsibilities encompassed; Culinary Director of Numerous Charitable events that included the Boys and Girls Club of the Palm Beaches, Horses for the Handicapped of South Florida and the Jewish Federation of the Palm Beaches. He has previously directed food operations for the Honda Classic and Women’s LPGA Golf Tournaments.
Rick also enjoys hiking, running, cooking and traveling to national parks across the United States. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Rick resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
