Joseph joined Raymond James in 2015 as a member of the Public Finance Investment Strategies Group. He previously served as a portfolio manager for U.S Bank commercial real estate in Nashville, Tennessee, and worked closely with developers on a variety of projects ranging from self-storage facilities to special use warehouses. As a member of the Structured Finance group, Joseph provides capital raising services to developers and investors of commercial real estate properties. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and his Master of Business Administration from Belmont University. Joseph is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
