Justin Mayor serves in the role of general counsel for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, supporting the Affordable Housing Investments and Renewable Energy Investments teams. He oversees the legal functions of RJAHI and RJREI and has more than a decade of experience in the tax credit investment industry. Justin also gets involved at the transactional level on renewable tax equity deals. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2021, Justin worked for an international law firm where he represented investors, syndicators and sponsors with respect to tax credit transactions. Justin holds a B.S. in finance and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.
