Frazer brings over 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience to the Whole Loan Group. Since graduating from Auburn University in 2000, Frazer has overseen all aspects of managing and growing commercial real estate portfolios, including pursuing, underwriting and closing loans secured by all types of income-producing properties. Frazer’s experience includes both debt and equity finance for low income housing tax credit projects and various state and federal tax credit debt programs throughout the Southeast. In addition to his background in underwriting, closing and managing commercial real estate loans, Frazer spent three years after the 2008 financial crisis managing and disposing over $100 million in bank-owned real estate throughout the Southeast. His responsibilities with the Whole Loan Group include assisting the trading and sales team throughout the trading process by analyzing and underwriting commercial loans and serving as a liaison between our investors and selling clients for both credit underwriting and due diligence.

Frazer holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in economics from Auburn University. He also graduated from the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending I & II in 2004 and the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2009. He is also a member of Lambda Alpha International.
