Whit’s primary responsibilities includes providing software support of analytic systems used for pricing mortgage loan portfolios, servicing evaluations and overseeing loan data transfers between clients and investors. Whit also supports the delivery of loans into FNMA and FHLMC through the new XML/ULDD formats.
Whit joined Morgan Keegan, later acquired by Raymond James, in 1998. Prior to that, he worked at Management Computing Solutions, a company that developed analytic software for the mortgage and bond trading, as well as hospital acquisition, industry. Whit also has past experience working with the federal courts, providing support for adjustable rate mortgage loans class action lawsuit settlements.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Whit holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in mathematics.
