Sam Aspinwall affiliated with Raymond James in 2001 as the registered principal of the community bank where he was also the senior trust officer. In 2007 Mr. Aspinwall joined Raymond James by accepting a position as a consultant in the Raymond James’ high net worth advisory group focusing on estate planning, asset protection and broader high net worth issues. In 2011, he formed Aspinwall Executive Consulting, a private wealth management practice dedicated to working with public company executives on equity compensation, regulatory issues associated with insiders, concentrated equity as well as broader wealth management issues. Mr. Aspinwall is a CFP® and CPWA® holder among numerous FINRA licenses.
