Omar De La Rosa

Omar De La Rosa joined Raymond James in 2008, serving in a variety of roles in the company’s risk management group until he joined Raymond James International Holdings in 2014 to manage and support Raymond James’ Latin American Joint Ventures. While in Latin America, Omar oversaw the relationship with Raymond James’ JV Partners in Argentina and Uruguay, as well as provided cross-border operational support in the areas of Investment Banking, Institutional Equity/Fixed Income Sales & Trading, Institutional Equity Research and Private Wealth Management. In 2016, Omar transitioned to the Global Equities and Investment Banking Division of Raymond James where he joined the Corporate & Executive Services Group, which was tasked with engaging Raymond James’ Equity Research and Investment Banking public company clients. Omar’s role on the team focused on originating and executing share repurchase programs, at-the-market underwritten offerings, Rule 10b5-1 plans and equity compensation administration. Omar joined Executive Consulting of Raymond James in 2021 where his focus is on advising pre-IPO companies on Directed Share Programs and helping public company insiders and executives navigate unique and important issues associated with insider trading regulations, Rule 10b5-1 plan design and execution, concentrated equity strategies, public and private capital market transactions, and equity compensation planning. Omar graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and holds numerous FINRA licenses including the Series 7, 24, 57, 66 and 79.
