Alex Ducharme

Alex Ducharme specializes in corporate & executive trading accounts as a client specialist in Executive Compensation Services. He works with clients and corporate executives on small and large orders. In addition, he handles SEC 144 filings and 10b5-1 plans for corporate insiders. Alex handles over 70 company corporate equity compensation plans including stock options, RSUs and ESPP plans. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in finance at Florida State University. After graduating, he worked at T. Rowe Price as a mutual funds specialist and brokerage trading representative before coming to Raymond James, gaining experience trading within mutual fund and brokerage accounts as well as complex tax situations including organized covered and uncovered cost basis information. Alex holds Series 7, 6 and 63 securities licenses.
