Chris Caso

Chris Caso joined Raymond James in 2017 and covers the semiconductor sector. He brings a wealth of experience, including approximately 17 years in equity research. Most recently, Caso was the senior analyst at CLSA covering U.S. semiconductors. His deep industry knowledge, supported by frequent visits to Asia and Silicon Valley, allowed him to be one of the first analysts on the Street to identify the upturns and downturns during the past several semiconductor cycles. Earlier in his career, Caso was a senior semiconductor analyst at Susquehanna International Group, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., and SoundView Technology Group. He also spent nearly three years on the buy side as a senior technology analyst and portfolio manager covering the semiconductor industry. In addition to his equity research experience, Caso has more than nine years of industry experience in the semiconductor equipment and materials space, having worked at BOC Edwards in both the U.S. and Asia in multiple capacities. He earned his B.S. in engineering from The Cooper Union School of Engineering and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
