Jeffrey Pielusko

Jeffrey Pielusko joined Raymond James in 2022 as a vice president with a focus on advising a variety of stakeholders on liability management strategies, stressed and distressed M&A transactions, complex debt and equity financings, credit agreement amendments, out-of-court recapitalizations, and chapter 11 restructurings.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Pielusko previously worked at Carl Marks Advisors, serving as a director in the restructuring advisory group. In his time there, he worked with companies on addressing both capital structure and operational challenges. Prior to that, Mr. Pielusko was with Citigroup, where he worked in the trade finance and strategy groups working with the bank’s institutional clients. Mr. Pielusko holds a BS in accounting from George Washington University.
