Justin Roman

Justin Roman is a Managing Director and has been the Head of Execution in the Raymond James Equity Syndicate department for the past ten years. Mr. Roman is responsible for the execution of the firm’s IPOs, follow-ons, SPACs and preferred offerings. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2011, he was a senior vice president at Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to this, he was an associate director in the equity transactions group at Bear Stearns for six years. Mr. Roman graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and also earned his M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure in 2001.
