Mark Lamarre is a managing director at Raymond James and leads the firm’s capital raising efforts for health care, industrials and transportation companies. During his career, Mr. Lamarre has worked on a variety of public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, closing more than 200 deals in 23 years. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Lamarre was vice chairman of the investment banking & capital markets division at Wells Fargo Securities, where he held numerous leadership roles during his seven years’ tenure. Prior to this, Mr. Lamarre was a managing director at Credit Suisse First Boston for five years, in the investment banking department. Mr. Lamarre has served on numerous boards of directors, including for nonprofits and corporations. Mr. Lamarre received a bachelor’s degree in 1986 from Dartmouth College and an MBA, with honors, in 1990 from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
