Christopher Garlich joined Raymond James in 2017. He has more than seven years of investment banking experience working on various M&A and capital markets transactions including public takeovers and takeover and activism defense mandates, as well as IPOs and capital raises. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Garlich worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division, focusing on coverage and deal execution in the e-commerce and technology space. Before that, he was part of the corporate finance team at Berenberg with a focus on advising public market clients. Mr. Garlich holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim and Luigi Bocconi University, Milan.
