Philip Stein

Philip Stein joined Raymond James in 2016 in connection with the acquisition of Mummert & Company and has almost 15 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Stein served as the co-head of the Mummert & Company technology advisory practice and head of financial sponsor coverage. Mr. Stein joined Mummert & Company in 2009 and became partner in 2013. Before joining Mummert & Company, Mr. Stein was a member of the M&A private equity team at PwC, focused on cross-border LBO transactions. Mr. Stein earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Passau and was recognized by The M&A Advisor as one of the European Emerging Leaders in 2015.
