Brent Kriegshauser

Brent Kriegshauser joined Raymond James in 2011 and is an investment banker within the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions group where he provides a broad range of financial advisory services to both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining the Mergers & Acquisitions group, Mr. Kriegshauser served for two years as Assistant to the Chairman for Raymond James Financial, where he executed corporate strategy initiatives and evaluated corporate development opportunities on behalf of the Firm’s executive management team. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Kriegshauser was an investment banker with Macquarie Capital and Giuliani Capital Advisors. Mr. Kriegshauser has significant experience advising clients on an array of merger, acquisition, divestiture, recapitalization and fairness opinion transactions across a variety of industry groups. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in finance from Miami University (OH), where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the varsity golf team.
