Raj Singh joined Raymond James in 2002 and was previously head of the Recapitalization & Restructuring group until 2017, when he was appointed Vice Chairman, Investment Banking. Prior to joining Raymond James, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities investment banking group. In addition, his prior experience includes several years at Arthur Andersen working in its corporate recovery consulting group and as a CPA. Mr. Singh has advised on over 150 financing and M&A transactions. Mr. Singh graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
