Keith Weaver joined Raymond James in 2025 and serves as a Vice President in the Capital Structure Advisory Investment Banking group. Mr. Weaver has extensive experience structuring and arranging a wide range of debt and equity financings for clients across diverse industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Weaver was a Vice President in the Capital Advisory Group at Lincoln International and began his investment banking career at Stephens Inc. He holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
