Kevin Haggard has over 25 years of experience advising companies, sponsors and other stakeholders on complex financings and balance sheet recapitalizations. Representative clients have included the City of Detroit, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Dana Incorporated, Filene’s Basement, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Global Crossing, Lehman Brothers, MOD Super Fast Pizza, Molycorp and Station Casinos.
Mr. Haggard began his career in the 1990’s working as a turnaround advisor for Arthur Andersen and subsequently Huron Consulting Group. Most recently, he was a managing director at Stifel-Miller Buckfire where he spent 20 years. Mr. Haggard received his MBA in Finance from Wharton and his BBA in Accounting from Notre Dame. He is a CPA (inactive) and the founder of the Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference.
