Natalie Warther

Natalie Warther joined Raymond James in 2018 and serves as a director in the Defense & Government Services Investment Banking group. Ms. Warther has completed numerous, sell-side M&A transactions in the government services and defense technology sectors with a broad range of both strategic and private equity acquirers. Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Warther worked at Matheson Financial Advisors, an M&A advisory firm serving architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction companies. While at Matheson, Ms. Warther focused on business valuations, ownership transition planning, and mergers and acquisitions consulting. Ms. Warther received a Bachelor of Science in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
