Sidarth Balaji

Sidarth Balaji joined Raymond James in 2022 as a vice president in the Commercial & Industrial Services group within the Diversified Industrials practice. Mr. Balaji brings over nine years of M&A and investment banking experience working with publicly traded, private equity-backed and family-owned companies. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Balaji served as a senior vice president at Stout, where he specialized in M&A advisory in the diversified industrials sector. Prior to Stout, Mr. Balaji held advisory and corporate development roles at Global Silicon Valley (GSV) and UnitedHealth Group, respectively. Mr. Balaji received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University.
