Based in Atlanta, Gary Denning joins Raymond James as a vice chairman in the Diversified Industrials group focused on the chemicals & specialty materials sector. He brings more than 30 years of experience advising chemicals, building products and packaging companies on M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions. Denning previously held investment banking roles at Chase Manhattan, Bear Stearns and Houlihan Lokey, and he served in a senior corporate development role at Axiall Corporation, where he was responsible for multiple divestitures. He has also served on the boards of five private chemical and building product companies. Denning earned an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
