Florian Helmreich joined Raymond James in 2016 with more than five years of investment banking experience. Previously, Mr. Helmreich served as an executive for Mummert & Company with a particular focus on technology and business services transactions. He advised international corporations, financial sponsors and family-owned companies on a variety of private and public M&A as well as equity and debt financing assignments across Europe.
Mr. Helmreich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth and is a CFA charter holder.
