Michael T. Mayes

Michael Mayes has 25 years of investment banking experience. He has extensive experience in public offerings of equity and equity-linked securities, as well as the initiation, structuring and negotiation of merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Raymond James, he served as a senior managing director of Advest, Inc. Mr. Mayes holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University.
