As a member of the firm’s health care technology and technology-enabled services team, Jack Jeong leads the firm’s efforts with clients in digital health, mobile health, and telehealth. In addition, Mr. Jeong also leads the firm’s efforts with clients in pharma informatics. Mr. Jeong’s transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisition engagements as well as public and private financing transactions. Mr. Jeong joined Raymond James in 2012 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan. He joined Morgan Keegan’s health care group in 2008 with the establishment of the firm’s Nashville office. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, he began his investment banking career at Robinson Humphrey in its health care investment banking group. Mr. Jeong received his BA in economics and mathematics, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Lee University.
