Richard Hsieh joins the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking group as a managing director focused on biotechnology. With more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, Hsieh brings deep expertise in M&A, IPOs, PIPEs, equity follow-ons and convertible financing. He joins Raymond James from RBC Capital Markets where he led strategic advisory, M&A and capital markets transactions for biotech companies.
