Susan Kirtland joined Raymond James in 2025 as a managing director focused on biotech. She has over 20 years of experience advising companies on capital markets and strategic transactions. Susan joins from Stifel’s healthcare investment banking team, and prior to that, she worked at RBC Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray and Cowen. Susan received her BS in economics and MBA from Cornell University.
