Roger Woodman

Roger Woodman joined Raymond James in 2012. Prior to that, he had been at Morgan Keegan since 1998, where he was primarily responsible for providing merger and acquisition, public and private equity, and debt advisory services to the firm’s convenience store and restaurant clients. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Woodman was an attorney at Waring Cox in Memphis, where he practiced corporate securities law. Earlier, he practiced with Malizia, Spidi, Sloane & Fisch, a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in securities transactions for financial institutions. Mr. Woodman received an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and a BBA in finance from Emory University.
