Nolan Rivers is a managing director in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Raymond James, where he advises public and private real estate companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and strategic transactions. He co-founded and serves as co-head of the Real Estate Debt Solutions (REDS) Group, the firm’s commercial real estate debt brokerage platform. Mr. Rivers covers all major real estate sectors with additional focus on specialty areas including credit, data centers, net lease, life sciences and residential. Since joining Raymond James in 2013, Mr. Rivers has spent his entire career dedicated to the real estate sector. He has advised on more than $12 billion of M&A transactions and has executed over 250 equity offerings, raising more than $50 billion of capital. Through REDS, Mr. Rivers is responsible for originating and structuring debt capital solutions across property types and capital stacks. Since its launch in 2024, the platform has placed over $1 billion of debt originations, further enhancing the firm’s integrated real estate capital markets capabilities. Mr. Rivers graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
