Sean Martin

Sean Martin joined Raymond James in September 2014 from TD Securities, where he was a senior member of the financial institutions group, and was responsible for building TD’s Financial Technology practice. Mr. Martin brings an extensive 15-year background and deep experience earned from playing an integral role in some of the most significant transactions involving financial institutions in Canada over the past decade. He is a well-respected investment banker with a track record for building profitable and strong relationships, coupled with a keen eye for recognizing and acting upon strategic opportunities. Prior to his nine years at TD, Sean worked with Manulife Financial (Toronto and Hong Kong) and Bank of Montreal (Toronto). Mr. Martin earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management and BA from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner.
