Paul Fricilone

Paul Fricilone joined Raymond James in 2009 and presently serves as a managing director in the firm’s Technology & Services Investment Banking practice with a focus on the Financial Technology sector. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Fricilone was an associate at Lane, Berry & Co., which was acquired by Raymond James. Before joining Lane Berry, Mr. Fricilone was a summer associate at Billow Butler & Co., where he focused on middle market sell-side transactions. Mr. Fricilone’s experience spans mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, public equity and debt financings, as well as private equity capital raises. Mr. Fricilone holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Northern Illinois University.
